Review: This story takes place in Paris and surrounding area. The brother takes his sister on a beach vacation for her 40th birthday where they had vacationed with their parents as small children. They discover that their loving, beautiful mother was not all as she was depicted. I preferred this author's "Sarah's Key" much better.
